Stefan Weigand

Stefan was born and raised in southern Germany. He studied chemistry at the Universities of Würzburg and Göttingen, before doing his postdoc at Stanford University, CA. His professional career began as a medicinal chemist at Bayer, Germany before moving to Roche where he covered various roles as pre-clinical project leader, in external innovation, as department head in discovery oncology and for the last decade as VP for Roche's large molecule research organization.
