Marleny Ramos is a former Research Associate II with a background in biochemistry and molecular biology, with experience supporting CRISPR-based gene editing workflows in fast-paced R&D environments. At CRISPR Therapeutics, she executed in vitro experiments, managed experimental workflows, and analyzed sequencing data while collaborating cross-functionally to meet project goals. She is now focused on transitioning into laboratory operations, with an emphasis on process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
